This freestanding wine fridge was purchased and installed. It was impossible to change the temperature of the reds and whites. Both are much colder than the temperatures suggest. The reds have a chill about them. The whites have a chill to them. I followed the instructions, but I couldn't get either temperature to work! I'm extremely disappointed! br>Five days ago, I posted a request for assistance on the Amazon website. There is no way to contact the manufacturer or service by phone. Despite the fact that the site states that I should receive a response within two days, I have yet to receive one.

  For the wine enthusiast, this is the ideal wine refrigerator! For the past month, we've been using this refrigerator. On the basis of other reviews, I was initially concerned about noise and vibrations. Well, as you can see in my video, noise was not an issue, and this is probably the quietest refrigerator I've ever seen. The refrigerator has a clean, professional appearance with classy, professional lines. Stainless steel and slightly tinted glass are two of my favorite features. There is no learning curve and the use is very simple. Because it is a dual zone, it can hold a lot of white and red wines while maintaining the desired temperature. It's simple to adjust the temperature, and I've noticed little to no variation. It fit perfectly under my existing cabinets and did not require any modifications to my countertops. No need to cut into walls for wiring because it was easily wired into an existing outlet above my counters. The depth behind the unit is ideal, allowing for plugging in and almost flush with the cabinet doors beside it. It is possible to adjust the door to open to the left or right. The unit blends in nicely with the rest of my upscale stainless appliances, and it's a great addition to my dining room. It's so easy to just grab a bottle after dinner is finished.

I had no problems with shelving or putting it in because the dimensions were accurate. The controls appear to work only after unplugging and replugging the unit. Otherwise, if you return and want to change the temperature, you'll be completely locked out; only the light will work. It's a delicate situation with the lock. The lock will latch only if the door is slightly opened. Simply put, it appears to be a poorly designed product.

So far, everything has gone well, the unit is attractive, and it is quiet. The blue light is appealing and complements our kitchen perfectly.
