The package was well-packaged and arrived in excellent condition. The number of bottles it can hold varies depending on the size and shape of the bottle, but it's an excellent deal for a dual zone refrigerator.

So far, everything has gone smoothly

I've only had this wine refrigerator for a few days, but I'm enjoying it so far. I have about 36 bottles of wine loaded, with room to spare. It appears that the temperature is correct. It's just a smidgeon of something. It's noisy, but I don't mind because it's out of the way. It was a little more expensive than I had anticipated, but I'm hoping it was well worth the extra cost.

It looks great and does the job well

It takes an entire night to get started (which initially alarmed me), but once it's up and running, it's a breeze. I wish the seals were a little better because it's easy to forget to close the doors, but if you're careful, this fridge will last you a long time. The French doors are beautiful, and the noise level is extremely low. I would purchase this item again.

I like how big it is and how much stuff it can hold. Only the top shelves can hold thicker bottles because the shelves are flimsy. The temperature varies more than one would like.

I didn't like how the shelves were broken upon delivery, but that isn't the fault of the refrigerator. It's frustrating that I can't get the shelves out to repair them. Aside from that, it maintains a comfortable temperature and is silent.
