The first thing that caught my attention when I saw this product was the shade of green it was, my favorite. However, that's not it, I did my research and for the ones I checked out, based on the price, the size, and the good reviews, I decided to go with this one. In any case, when I received it, I was disappointed because the power cord was short, and the end that connected to the hot pot/grill seemed to be It had been my intention to return it, but I love it, so I asked if and where I can get a replacement cable. Upon receiving the email, the seller responded promptly and explained that the cord is designed to be just that long for safety reasons. As soon as I sent them a picture and video showing the loose connection, they sent me a replacement of the device. That was less than 4 days after I received the notification that it had arrived! **I used both the hot pot and the grill, and both worked perfectly!! About 4 minutes or a little less was required to boil 3 cups of water for my soup. At the time, I had nothing to grill, so I decided to make pancakes instead. I made pancakes that came out perfect! I thank Jane and Taylor from Deals4ever for taking care of this for me. It is a very good purchase! I'm happy with it.

We ordered a replacement for the right knob, but it arrived broken after a week. rods inside of the drawer are made of weak plastic, so design needs to be revamped to make them more durable. It would be great if the manufacturer would repair this issue and offer a suitable product in the future.

The size is good for two, but it is on the small side for me One thing I noticed on the grill was there was no oil drain when you grill and have oil or water your meat must be taken off and cleaned before it can go back on the grill.
