So, my wife and I decided to try a hot pot after learning about them on Facebook. It would be nice to have more direction for something so new. After searching the web for recipes and instructions, we are still looking for them. Despite my best efforts, I could not find anything useful No instructions were given regarding how to use a hot pot, how long to cook in it, what temperature it should be, etc. I didn't even realize there were too many sides to it. It looked like I had to make two broths, so I made two more in separate It would be helpful if the instructions were better and there was a recipe book included.
