It is covered by an 18-month warranty, and the company stands behind their products. My air fryer, which had been on the market for 17 months and 18 days, had finally died. I contacted their warranty department, and after confirming that the air fryer would not operate after a series of tests, I am now sitting in my kitchen with a brand new air fryer. On Sunday, I contacted them, and the replacement arrived on Wednesday. That is service! For the past 17 months, I have enjoyed using this air fryer. It saves a lot of time because you don't have to preheat the oven before cooking. I was also wary of the warranty.

There is a large basket in the unit, as well as an easy-to-use handle. It was a hit with her. She used it three or four times per week for the first three months. She had a lot of fun experimenting with different foods to see which ones were the most effective. (Hint: Pizza that was left over is the winner! )br>br>Then, after three months, the fan died. The fan had stopped working, despite the fact that the heating element was still operational. It wasn't even close to being a usable air fryer. br>br>For warranty service, I contacted Ultrean via email, and they promptly responded. We were required to send a video of the unit in order to demonstrate how it no longer functions. Ultrean responded within a day of receiving the video, saying that a replacement unit would be sent to replace the defective one. My daughter is happily air frying once more. br>br>I give Ultrean high marks for their warranty service; I was expecting a long and drawn-out process. out, as well as a time-consuming and aggravating procedure. But it was the polar opposite: if it hadn't broken after three months, I would have given it five stars. But, because Ultrean quickly and easily replaced the defective unit, I still recommend this product; sometimes it's not what went wrong that matters, but what the company does to fix what went wrong.
This is an excellent kitchen tool. We started with a smaller air fryer, which we primarily used for vegetable sides, but it was inconvenient to use for anything larger than a single serving. In the kitchen, this has been a lifesaver. It's perfect for roasting vegetables to serve as a side dish. We particularly enjoy preparing broccoli in it. It's also great for cooking bacon because of the squared insert. It has a nice digital display and is extremely simple to operate. It's easy to clean because the basket separates. One feature I like is that the handle has a mechanism that slides out to separate the two inner pieces for easier cleaning, but you don't have to worry about it separating accidentally while in use. It's simple to get in and out of the tray, and it clicks securely into place. We've had no problems with it and would highly recommend it as a great budget buy with all the features of a higher-end model.
This airfryer is my absolute favorite. I've been apprehensive for a long time, but I'm blown away. So far, I've made chicken wings and salmon. It has asparagus in it. Purchase if you want to do yourself a favor.
This item caught fire, and Amazon informed me that they would be unable to assist me. I reached out to the manufacturer and am awaiting a reply.
This is, without a doubt, a runner-up. The price isn't prohibitively expensive. I've already made chicken fries and fried chicken for my daughter with it. One night, I even made wings. In less than 20 minutes, you can go from frozen to fried! Amazing. This is the new best friend I've made!.
This is a revised version of the previous review. I've used the product a few times now, and it's always worked for me. It will take some practice to figure out how to adjust the cooking times, but I anticipate many uses.
The pan can accommodate a large amount of food. It's now possible to cook in a quick, enjoyable, and simple manner. I was blown away!.
It was great when it worked, but for $80, it needs to work at least three times!.
