On July 30, I got my air fryer. On the 11th of October, the heater was turned off. I couldn't wait to receive my air fryer and start using it right away. At least two times, I used it. Every week, three times. As you can see in the photo, the coating on the bottom of the fryer began to peel after two weeks. On October 11th, 2020, I used my Nuwave air fryer and after it finished preheating, I When it reached a certain temperature, it ceased to cook the food. The heating element had failed to operate. Before I bought this product, I read other people's reviews, and the most common complaint was peeling. I wasn't concerned because the food didn't touch the bottom of the fryer, but now I'm wishing I had listened and not bought this brand; I can't return it because the return window expired a month after I received it. Do not purchase this Nuwave air fryer from Amazon. I recommend buying a fryer from Costco or another retailer with a longer return policy.

In early December, I bought it as a Christmas present. My son used it once, and when he turned it on the second time, it made a high-pitched noise for a few seconds before turning off. When I contacted the company, they informed me that because it had been 30 days since the purchase, they would not accept a return. Before I gave it to my family for Christmas, the 30 days were almost up. I'm extremely disappointed. When you spend $135 on an item. You would expect better customer service at a price of 00, and I will never buy from them again.

1. The stainless steel mesh at the bottom of the basket is held in place by nothing. It has a tendency to slip out with the food and is extremely hot. I got a small burn on my wrist as a result of a slide, so I'm taking a star away from what could have been a perfect review. UPDATE: The basket is held in place by a metal clip. Check to see if the bottom of the container is clipped. It's possible that I wasn't fully engaged. After each use and wash, I double-check it.

I took it out of the box, read the instructions, set it up, and used it FOR THE FIRST TIME. After cleaning out my basket the next day, I went to plug it in and use it, but it didn't work. There was no display, no power, no function, and no response at all. It cost $140 and was made of plastic and metal. I tried a few different outlets and got the same response! I paid asurion for an extended warranty on this product, which was clearly a waste because all I got from the seller was printable instructions to send the product back in the coldest sense possible. Despite this, they had the audacity to send me a link to review their product!! I'd like my money back so I can go buy another air fryer from a more reputable seller! From the time of purchase until the issue is resolved, it will take 30 days. a waste of both time and money! If only a negative 5 star rating was an option, please think twice.

While it was in use, I enjoyed the product. Following a glowing review from Consumer Reports, I purchased this on Amazon in October 2020. The device froze in mid-fry the week of May 21. There were no lights, no power, and no one was around. I tried several different outlets to make sure it wasn't an electrical problem, but it didn't work. On nuwavenow, I reported it via chat. com on May 27 in order to file a warranty claim. A Nuwave Amazon representative would contact me within 24 hours, according to the chat representative. I then called Nuwave on June 11 and was told that a Nuwave Amazon rep would contact me within 30 minutes after waiting 13 minutes to speak with someone. between ten and one hundred minutes Both groups confirmed that they had a separate department that dealt with Amazon claims because I purchased it through Amazon. My warranty claim has yet to be responded to by Nuwave. I would think that selling the product on Amazon would improve their customer service to the level I've come to expect from Amazon, but this appears not to be the case.

I was overjoyed when I received my NuWave Brio 6 Quart Air Fryer. The good news is that the cooks are fantastic. Then there's the truly terrible news. Right out of the box, the machine's basket was dented. I requested that the basket be replaced. No, they didn't promise there wouldn't be any dents. Okay, it was only for show, so I kept it. br>br>Then, a week later, I noticed that the coating on the inside of the fryer basket was chipping. The label stated that it was dishwasher safe. I filed a complaint once more, and they did send me a replacement. Okay, I figured, I'll just wash it by hand. The following week, I pressed the start button but it wouldn't turn on; however, after a few attempts, it did, and I assumed it was a glitch. br>br>The next day, I got ready to cook and pressed start PREHEAT to get things going, but I heard a lot of strange noises. Then I noticed the smell of electrical wire and plastic, and my machine began to spew smoke. The machine has only been in use for a few weeks. YIKES. I filed another complaint, and they were quick to respond, offering to send me a replacement. br>br>I'm hoping this isn't a lemon model, as that would be a huge disappointment. However, I enjoy preparing meals in it. Let's hope everything goes as planned. I sincerely hope this isn't happening to anyone else. br>br>As a side note, replacement parts are not available. They are not available at this time. That caught me off guard.

The product was great at first, but after 90 days, it broke. When I spoke with the company about having it replaced, they expected me to pay for a new one to be shipped to me, as well as shipping to return the broken one. Instead of singing the praises of how much we loved the machine, I now have to tell everyone to go find an Air Fryer with a better reputation and customer service reviews. I will never buy another Nuwave product, and just to begin the process of returning the product, you have to wait over an hour and the message keeps telling you to use a chat feature on their website that does not exist.
