Isn't sitting up straight - It has a shabby appearance

In the photos, this appeared to be completely different. It doesn't sit up straight and leans to the side, and it appears to be cheap. I tossed it out because I couldn't find a use for it.

I was really looking forward to this, and when I got it, it was nicely wrapped, so I assumed everything would be fine, but it was already broken. It was such a letdown.
