If the temperature is around 26 degrees, it does come with tops. The cost is $27. There is one set that does not include tops, and it is the 20-piece set. The cost is twenty dollars.
I'd be very cautious with these, as well as sparkling wine (assuming you make your own). They'll explode if the bottle wasn't made for it. Instead, get some cheap sparkling wine or juice.
2" long by 3/8" tall Using a tape measure, measure 7/8" away from the wall. I hope that was accurate.

I went out and bought a case of buckwheat mead. After that, I needed a new case because I made some apple cider. A month later, another case of cranberry mead is ready. Another case of mead with blueberries and orange blossoms. Two more cases of pomegranate mead. So far, I've purchased six cases of these bottles, and they've proven to be extremely reliable. For the runoff samples that don't quite fill the nice cork bottles, I bought a case of the screw top ones (same brand). I made a sparkling cranberry batch that hasn't had any cork blowouts or explosions after sitting for a few months. So, despite not being designed for pressure, they are reasonably durable. These bottles are fantastic, and with some custom home-printed labels, you'll be ready to go. In nearly 100 bottles purchased, there were no flaws or defects (or breaks). These are the ones to have if you're serious about bottling.
I recently purchased a second set, so this review will be updated accordingly. br>br>"Edit": the corks have been changed, and they no longer stay in place. They appear out of nowhere. The new corks are the only thing that has changed. I'm not sure why they'd change the corks on my older ones; they're fine. br>br>The only gripe I can think of with these is that once they're secure, they're a pain to get rid of. To get the suckers off, I had to use a knife as leverage. br>br>However, these are excellent value for money and perform admirably.
These bottles of wine are fantastic. I wish they had a more professional appearance; the top is made of a cheap-feeling plastic. However, because this is only for personal use, the ease with which they can be inserted and removed is more important to me. br>br>Excellent value for money for small homebreweries.
Unfortunately, all of the bottles appear to be horizontally warped in the middle, with a visible vertical seam on both sides. Maybe I should've anticipated it? Although the sides appear to be smooth, the middle is clearly warped. It also appears to be small when compared to a standard wine bottle. However, because it has a flat bottom, I assume it will hold 750 mL. The caps are tight, but the rest of the product is of poor quality.
I'm making mead in these bottles. The corks are of good quality and fit perfectly. For the foreseeable future, I'll most likely order Bostonian bottles, if only for aesthetic reasons. I'm going to order a bunch more of these for racking.
The product is excellent, but I believe I made a mistake by purchasing it. Only 11 corks/caps were included in the shipment of 12 bottles. I can now only use 11 of the bottles, which is a little inconvenient. I'm hoping for a quick resolution to this.
When the first shipment of bottles arrived, I bottled a dozen bottles of homemade wine, then began the next batch and placed an order for another 12. These do a great job.
All of the items arrived in one piece. I'll be placing another order.
