I FLIP PANCAKES WITH A SMALLER paddle than what was used to flip pancakes. DON'T BUY JUNK WITH THIS HANDLE AS IT IS MADE OF FRIMSSY MATERIAL AND BENDS EASILY DOUBLE SIDED JUGS.

Exactly what I was looking for in a mash paddle

I have used this with my ANVIL 10 perfectly. The FOUNDRY brewing system holds 5 gallons. You can gently stir in a mash with it, and it's long enough to be useful. I had to sand down the edges of the stamped paddle end because they were a little rough. This mash paddle is great value for half the price of similar This is a highly recommended product.
