Yes, these can be bent, but only with difficulty. These appear to be 18/0 stainless steel; for stronger ones, you'll need 18/8 stainless steel. In addition, demi- Coffee spoons are referred to as tasse spoons. These are a fraction of the size of a tea spoon.
They're pliable (the handle can be bent) and thinner than your typical spoon. They're similar in size to a baby spoon.
I'm not sure how long these spoons are, but they're probably between 2 and 3 inches long.

UPDATE, February 5, 2017 The spoon on this page today has lines running down each side, whereas the ones I received 15 months ago were solid, smooth stainless steel. Except for the lines, it's most likely identical. I've also included a photo of this spoon next to another one.
You can't beat these for the price; they're not top-of-the-line, but they're better than plastic and the perfect size for entertaining and small appetizers, which are all the rage these days. They're about the same size as a baby spoon. These are something I'd buy again.
Demitasse means "half glass" in French, so these are tiny. If you're not expecting it, it'll be hilariously small. br>br>I ordered them because they're inexpensive, there's a lot of them, and my children eat silverware. In the six months that we've had them (at least the ones that are still around), they've held up admirably. They do the job well, and for the price, I believe you get more than your money's worth. br>br>If you plan on entertaining the Queen, you might want to spend a little more on your Silver!.
Great spoons, but I use them for art rather than eating. I will purchase them again.
I am a complete moron. I didn't notice the demitasse in the description and was surprised by how small the spoons were. They're cute, though, and I can stamp on them with small items.
Dessert shots with a 5 oz serving size. The bowl is a little bigger than a demitasse spoon's bowl. For a food tasting, this is the perfect size. I've just placed another order for a large quantity.
It's small enough to fit in the pocket of a hanster.
These are fantastic baby spoons at a fantastic price. It's well-made and dishwasher-safe, but it's not cheap or flexible. They make me happy.
