It's about 3" x 3" in size. This small spatula is perfect for a skillet that is 8" or 10" in diameter. The Zyliss stir fry spatula comes highly recommended as well.

Yes, all nylon utensils are BPA free, according to Zyliss customer service.

How many cups does the ladle hold?

8 oz (approximately 1 cup)

I'm curious as to how long this spoon will last. ?

The length is about a foot. It fits into 11 and 12 inch pans and woks without slipping.

This This feature was available on the previous model, but it is not available on this item. br>(I've attached a photo of this item [green] next to an older model [black] that has the silicone edge mentioned in the item description. ) br>I hope this helps anyone looking to buy something specifically for this feature, or that it helps to correct the item description. br>I'm hoping Zyliss will re-enter the picture. This is a feature that should be included in future models because the silicone edge prevents the edge from melting, which is a common problem with nylon spatulas.

Because I adore my own, I bought this for a friend. Hopefully she won't like it, and I'll be able to get a lime green one instead! br>br>It's one of the most useful kitchen tools I've ever come across. It's extremely useful, and the size is ideal.

It's a little bigger than I expected, but that's a good thing. It's not limp, but it's flexible. I can slide it underneath a large chunk of food, lift it, and flip it. Plus, the color is fantastic. It's past time for some vibrant colors to replace the monotony of red and black.

The spatula is outstanding. I really enjoy how simple it is. clean, mostly one-person operation (On the top of the handle, there are only two soft grip inserts). I didn't think I'd like the neon lime-green color, but it's easy to spot in the utensil drawer and retrieve.
