Imitation at its most basic

What you pay for is exactly what you get. It's not the Laguiole French brand, but a cheap knockoff. I broke a nail trying to get the stuck spoon out of the shaped wooden box. Everything from the "iconic Laguiole bee" to the color doesn't match Laguiole ivory, and it all looks cheap.

This was a gift for Christmas. There is no way back now. I was disappointed with the product because it was a cheap knockoff and not what I had expected.
