It is the best C&D set we have ever used. We use it almost every day since we got it and really enjoy using it A knife set we have owned is the C knife set. The sets we had saved over the years were thrown away along with six others we had. The author has done it again! Before putting the pieces back in the box with the form fitting foam, I hand wash and hand dry each piece. To ensure there is no further moisture on the set, I added a pack of silica beads in the box. This book is well worth the money!.

This knife set is exactly as described. It is not made of stainless steel. Dalstrong is known for the quality of its materials and craftsmanship. I love it. You should only be very cautious, and that's all I have to say. Knives with very sharp points are in the drawer. My finger got poked with the cheese knife when I tested it out! I must say, that is pretty.

There is very little room in my kitchen because I live in a military barracks. Making recipes with these knives is still one of the best things about owning them. These are not intended to be used for cheese, as advertised, but work just fine for vegetables and meats.

I have been looking for these for over a year and couldn't find them because they were out of stock. It's been a long time coming, but I finally got a set - they're perfect In the same vein as the rest of the Gladiator series. A variety of cheeses can be easily prepared with this flavoring that is balanced and comfortable. I think this set is very good overall.
