There aren't any serrated edges on the blades. They have the same smoothness as a pair of scissors.
Is this something that is now produced in China?

I cut between bones and joints with a knife. These aren't going to cut chicken bones.

There are a number of kitchen shears I've purchased over the years. Generally, this says that celebrity chef shears will dull, get rid of rust spots and cause them to become impossible to remove. This leads me to dislike any shears that have come into contact with my property over time. br>br>Of course, I went out and bought a pair, discarding my old, dull kitchen scissors in the process. I've had these for about a month and have put them to good use in my kitchen, where they've proven to be extremely efficient and long-lasting. Never in a million years will you see me leave scissors on the side of the road!.
We needed to replace the shears that came with our knife block after they broke. Fortunately, we were able to find the exact same size scissors on Amazon, and they fit perfectly.
I'm not sure how long this new pair of shears will last, but the last pair lasted more than two decades! I attempted to sharpen the old pair, but I believe they were simply too worn out.
This is a fantastic pair of kitchen scissors. My first pair lasted two years and never went out of style. I ended up buying the exact same pair of scissors on Amazon to replace them after a roommate moved out and stole them. The money spent was well spent. To be honest, I'd recommend the entire knife set if you're willing to spend the money. Products of high quality.
They were extremely appealing to me. I had been using different kitchen scissors for several years when they suddenly vanished. Every one of them was a letdown. I finally gave in and ordered Henkel scissors to replace the ones I'd been waiting for.
My wife dislikes shears that open up and fall apart, so finding these was a challenge. She recently stated that these were the best shears she had ever used - From someone who despises any new kitchen item, this is high praise.
If you're a regular person who expects your kitchen scissors to stay rust-free after three uses, you'll be disappointed. If you don't want to be disappointed like I was after 4 days of regular kitchen use, don't get these.
It's a waste of money. After three weeks of use, I had more than four rust spots.
