It's overpriced and ineffective! Not only was the knife expensive, but it was also difficult to hold and use, so I returned it

It barely cuts meat and the button that must be held in order for the knife to work is difficult to keep pressing while trying to use the knife. In addition I've never had to pay for a return or a restocking fee because I'm a prime customer. Purchasing this knife was a complete blunder!.
