It was really important for me to have a large one to fit a full brisket on, so I decided to purchase this one. My first impression of this was that it wobbled as soon as I set it on the counter. It has been set off to the side so that it will not interfere with my daily activities. My new toy has been sitting unused ever since I received it, but the wobble has been getting worse over time.
