A small cutting board would be perfect for cutting lemons, limes, tomatoes, and any other small items so I wouldn't have to remove a large cutting board and wash it or ruin my knife by cutting on the formica or a plate. That's awesome that the set comes with two cutting boards! I didn't realize there were two! The item is very durable and heavy for a cheap price.
