The design is different, but the quality is the same.
It is thin on the feet. There might be a margin of maybe 1/16 inch between the board surface and the edge. In the end it's just enough material to grab the counter surface and stop the board from sliding off. Over the years, I've owned a few of these boards, and I prefer the ones with I have not had any problems with warping or sagging with my boards with feet. Due to the space underneath the board, if you press heavily, it depresses a bit. It has never stayed that way for me, nor has it for most people.

After 2 weeks of normal use, however, the cover is warped. A culinary website gave it high marks and I bought it because it was sustainable and said to be durable. is prone to being cut by very sharp and well maintained knives, but many cutting boards are prone to being cut. A feature I liked was the gutters on the edges, which prevented items from rolling off and captured juices. The board is quite noisy in this size, especially for a board of this size. Every time the knife cuts into your food, the sound will echoe through the air. Unluckily, the board began to warp after just two weeks of use. Cons I washed dishes in a dish warmer after the first wash and they warmed up. It's no longer possible to touch the countertop with your feet. The blade picks up cutting line extremely fast. There are vibrations through the board while it is being cut. Verdict Poor buying decision.
This is what I chose- On the recommendation of a friend, I picked up this Cutting Board. I needed a new Boos Board to replace my brand new one that undergone warping after only a few weeks. In order to replace a failed board, the Boos Board was bought Over a period of 30 years, I served on a named Board. It is garbage and should be thrown out quickly. The Quality Control has been removed from the company. I highly recommend this Board because it is cheap and nice. The problem is. This is a bit brittle and noisiest, and really hard on your knife edge. Almost every time I use my Knives as a result of the Board's inherent hardness, I have to sharpen It comes with 4 little rubber spacers, around an eighth of an inch, which are there to raise the board a little bit, preventing it from sliding around on your Tile. If you don't add the Rubber Spaces, the Board slides around all the time. The Spacers on the Board add a bouncy feeling to the board causing it to flex in the middle and create a frustrating A piece of cardstock under the rubber spacers, between the center of the board, made the entire thing much easier to assemble. Epicurean boards are great and I have 2 of them. Clearly the situation in this instance isn't the same. However, after I washed it for the first time, a strong pungent bo smell poured off the board. I was away after it dried, so I soaked it again and it was still there. It is not normal for this to happen. In this case, I ordered a replacement thinking it was a defect of the manufacturer. EPICUREAN IS ONE OF MY FAVORITE TV SERIES! The brand of cutting boards I have replaced all of my earlier models with. There are many different sizes of mine and I will definitely get more. When using these boards, chopping will be a lot smoother and the blades will be treated very gently. In fact, I have hundreds of dollars worth of expensive knives mostly Japanese, and I have no qualms about using EPICUREAN knives knowing that they definitely won't harm my knives! A stylish look is also a characteristic of these! DON'T FOOL AROUND ANY LONGER AND JUST TRY THEM, YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!.
I have had this cutting board for some months now and it is great compared to the plastic one's I have used in the past.
I do meal prep - there is no waste with these boards. To prepare for the coming week, I chop, prepare, and cook once a week. There is no better board on the market. After cutting meat or vegetables, it is easy to clean the chopping board. There are no signs of warping or discoloration after washing in the dishwasher. I am able to keep it in place when I exercise vigorously because of the non-stick feet. All in all, a great purchase, and I imagine that it will last longer than plastic ones I've used before.
