A great pan of great quality

The quality of these pans is excellent. The handles are welded on, so they are super sturdy, they cook great, and they lack rivets, which is one of my favorite features. Cleaning is made so much easier thanks to this. Even though they have a high price tag and may even be overpriced, they are extremely high My first exposure to this type of pan was when I became more serious about cooking, but it is a real workhorse in the kitchen, as it serves as a sauce pan, a skillet, and, in the end, as the best pan to make sauces A whisk cannot be overstated how much the bowl shape enhances whisk movement, allowing it to reach the back corners of a traditional sauce pan without sacrificing safety.
