Doesn't have a great deal of wiggle room. 3/8" plywood was used to construct it. It's very simple to put together. There are no need for nails, screws, or glue. I'm not sure how much it weighs, but it's probably around two pounds. It makes me extremely happy. I'm debating whether or not to purchase another.

Be careful not to break the shelves by hammering on them, as one previous reviewer pointed out. It was a TIGHT fit, even with clamps and a mallet. Slow down and take your time, because the pressure on the shelves will cause them to bend. One of my complaints about this product is how tight the fittings are. They're a tad on the snobbish side. Examine your components to see if any tabs require sanding. This rack does not have any hardware to hold it together (which is nice), but the parts are (once again) extremely tight. Another problem is that the rack's mounting holes aren't exactly 16" for stud mounting. It was close, but it didn't quite make it. This is a problem Larry's CNC program could easily solve. The lack of small notches for spray tubes attached to the cans is the final major issue. These notches are found on a can rack from a different vendor. It's a good idea, and it's also simple to fix in the CNC program. (I'll be using a small router to add these to the rack I already have. ) Keep in mind that this rack will fit the 11 oz and 12 oz spray cans without a problem, but not the fatter 16 oz cans. When I purchased my rack, I never considered this possibility. I simply placed these on the top shelf's upper portion. I keep paint cans, solvent cans, caulking tubes, and other similar items on this rack. It performs admirably, and I would purchase it again. Excellent craftsmanship. I also sanded the parts and applied two coats of clear coat.
I'll be able to use the finished product, but the assembly caused me a great deal of frustration. Starting with the bottom rung, the fit was so tight that I couldn't get it all the way in before the side panel splintered. Two of the other rungs had the same problem. Because the back hanger bar is too short, I'll have to nail or glue it in place so it doesn't fall off. And I had a rubber mallet in my hand. It's a fantastic idea, but it's a pain to put together.
It's simple to put together and put in place.
As stated previously,.
It's in my bedroom, painted and hung. It has a nice appearance and is very durable.
Very nice work! Love it!.
I liked the design of this product and how simple it was to put together, but don't hammer it too hard or you'll break a section.
