Thanks for stopping by! This lid would be a bit easier to stack with since it is made from plastic, so it doesn't slide as much as glass lids. Stacking them may also be helped by a small ridge along the top of the lid. The lids are good. Recently I've started using them as covers for the jars I use when making homemade yogurt, and to store and organize my pantry It's okay if you tighten them well, but if not, the leaks are inevitable. The ones I have say "designed in the US" but they are made in Malaysia. The larger ones will be purchased next since I am so excited about the smaller ones.

If you use a canning lid, it'll be easier and more reliable. This type of cap does not have a gasket and leaks incredibly. Don't do it.
