I'm not sure, but they appear to be of excellent quality. I'd already made the Creme Brulee. Good value for money.

I bought the 6oz and they're a good size; I measured 6oz of water and it came up to about a quarter inch from the top. This is excellent. There were no cracks or chips when they arrived because they were so well packed. There wasn't a single sticker on any of them that needed to be soaked or scraped away. They fit perfectly in the cupboard, but there's one thing that bothers me: Why aren't the bottoms of these things glazed? It's ridiculous that the bottoms (below the ramiken) are completely unglazed. That does not sit well with me. But I'm going to keep them. It was the right price and the right size. I'm sure I'll be able to put them to good use. I'm hoping I'll be able to use them in my instant pot to make steamed puddings and other dishes. The only way to find out is to wait.
And my souffles turned out just like the ones in the photo. The presentation was outstanding. They're quite lovely. smooth, balanced, stackable, and appears to be faultless br> I've used them in the oven for souffles, bread puddings, and savory and sweet recipes, but not in the freezer or microwave. Any dripping from fruit, which is part of the appeal, was easily cleaned. I wasn't sure what size to order, but these turned out to be just right; I've been experimenting with different recipes and am looking forward to many more opportunities to use them. br> I was unable to get my photo to work, but I had hoped to show you the company's SUPERIOR packaging. They were in perfect condition when they arrived! Each ramekin is packaged in a sturdy rectangular box with foam inserts and a cutout for each ramekin. They were tightly packed together, with plenty of room between them. On top of the ramekins was a layer of styrofoam cut to fit the box. The box was taped together tightly. This was the best packaging I've ever seen for anything! I hope you have as much fun with your ramekins as I have with mine.
I purchased the yellow, which is a bright, sunny yellow. I made my first souffle, and it was delicious. These fit perfectly on the rack in the toaster oven and were evenly cooked. I used one egg per ramekin, but for a higher rise, I'll use three eggs per two ramekins next time. This simple and easy keto cheese souffle was delicious. The baked eggs and baked frittata are the next items on the menu. There are so many uses for individual servings, and everyone enjoys them. br>Easy to clean, and the unglazed bottom prevents them from slipping around in a custard bath.
I've put these to the test, and I use them for desserts in my Mealthy Pot. I took them out of the fridge and caramelized sugar on them, and they didn't crack (though I didn't directly flame the ramekins). I also sprayed them with cool water after taking them out of my Mealthy pot, and they did not crack. The 4 oz. size is ideal for me. are just a little too small for me.
I'd never had a set of ramekins before and was a little nervous about ordering them, but they arrived in a neat carton box snugly packed in a foam tray. For storage, I use a carton with foam. I've made creme brulee, cheesecake, and flan, and they're all delicious. It's worth noting that the bottoms aren't glazed over; they feel rough, but this is a minor flaw. This is a fantastic set to get you started in the kitchen, and the price is unbeatable.
As a result, these ramekins are ideal. Nothing got stuck to the edges of the chocolate volcano that I made. It appeals to me. It's amazing how thoughtful the packaging is. I did not dishwash them because they appeared to be delicate for a machine, but I believe you can do so.
These ramekins are adorable and came in handy when I attempted my first soufflé. The bottoms are unglazed, as someone pointed out; this is correct. But that has not been a problem for me. I've washed them three times in the dishwasher and they've come out fine. They may appear fragile, but they are extremely durable! In addition, I kept them in the original box. It's very handy!.
These were purchased in order to make a caramelized date cake. It was a total success. They're a bright white color and have a sturdy feel to them. Because the bottom is unglazed, I believe it will deteriorate over time, but since it is on the bottom and I do not serve it with the dish, it was not a concern for me. I need 2 ounce ones now and will try to buy from the same seller because I had such good luck with them before.
