That is the situation in which I find myself. 32 oz. 36 oz would fill it to the very top and to the inner rim.
Yes, it is possible. I bought mine specifically for use in my pressure cooker, and I've only used it a dozen or so times since then.
Corning ware-style glazing on the inside and out. It fits perfectly in my Ninja 8 quart slow cooker.
It is 2" deep (or tall) to the inner rim and 2-" deep (or tall) to the outer rim when measured from the outside. A diameter of 8" and a thickness of 1/2" to the very top. I hope this has been of assistance.

For the Instant Pot, a 5 qt souffle dish is required. I ordered this to use in my 8-quart InstantPot, and it fits perfectly inside and lifts out easily with the metal insert. I was making a chocolate bread pudding that called for a 1. It fit perfectly inside this 5 quart souffle dish, a little rounded on top like a muffin, but cooked down.
I ordered it to go with a 48-ounce soufflé recipe. I overpaid for a 48oz dish, according to the seller. However, this is not the case. It holds 32 oz up to the fill line and 36 oz at the top. br>However, I like the dish because it's bright yellow and free of flaws. br>However, this brand's 32oz dish is less expensive, but I'm afraid it's only 24oz or less. Overall, if it had been the specified size, it would have been perfect. The ingredients would be spread out thinner and cook faster in a 48-ounce dish. As a result, I'll have to make some changes to my recipe (soufflés are notoriously difficult to get right).
In my 6 qt instant pot, it performs admirably for the purpose of making quiche. It appears to be well-made and sturdy.
It's more of a gratin dish than a souffle. There isn't enough dish for a souffle to climb because the inner measurement is slightly less than 2 inches. The yellow color was not as lemony as it appeared in the advertisements, but rather a very pale yellow. It's sturdy enough to be used as a gratin dish. Also, the spoon did not come with the package; the seller offered to send one, but I declined because it was not important to me. I'm going to give this dish away or toss it because it won't work for a souffle and I despise the pallid, insipid color; Soufflés were already ordered from a different company with the correct depth.
We have chickens, and I'm always on the lookout for new ways to use the eggs we have on hand. I was watching Jacques Pépin make his mother's Easy Cheese Souffle, and I'd never made a souffle before, having been intimidated by stories about how difficult they were to make and how quickly they fell apart. I bought this 6-pack because he made it look foolproof. souffle dish with a cup Well, it was a success, and I really like how easy it was to clean up afterward. Jacques's advice is to use a lot of butter when preparing the dish. This is a dish that I strongly recommend.
This is the ideal size, as well as one of the most difficult to come by. Most are too deep or wide to bake a Brie en Croute, but this one bakes a Brie en Croute and doubles as a serving dish. br>The ceramic spoon that came with it was a nice touch. br>I'll most likely order another two. It was well worth the time and money to look for and buy!.
These would be better if they were a little bigger. br>When I opened the box, the spoon fell out and broke. However, they are my favorites. I placed two separate orders for two different sizes.
I bought this to use in my Instant Pot for desserts, but I just used it to make rice pudding in the oven this morning. It has the same look and feel as Corelle and is of the same high quality. It's great that I purchased it! Occasionally, a smaller baking dish is all that is required.
