The mats do a great job! There are actually ridges on the sides of the lines, which makes pipeing batter even easier. Aside from that, the cookie's inner circle can be seen at its bottom. When you pipe the buttercream inside the circle, it's the perfect thickness when placed on top of the cookies. We had no problem lifting our cookies to the plate as long as they were cooked enough and cooled. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this book!.

My favorite is the macaron mold. This allowed me to create macaroons that were perfectly even without a lot of effort. The silicone material isn't too appealing to me, however. There is no easy way to clean it. Spot cleaning, dishwasher and hand washing have all been done. I can always draw on it with my finger because it has this impermeable greasy film.
All of them stuck to the mat so every single one of them damaged the mat, so I wasted my time and money on them. Considering that I know how to make macarons, I'll go back to the old fashioned method of using parchment paper, so I don't care if they're not Then, at least, they won't end up all in the garbage. Your money is not worth it.
This mat had macarons stuck to it. The silicone mat was used on one baking pan and parchment paper on the other. There were no problems with the parchment paper batch and the feet looked great. In the batch of silicone mats that was delivered, feet were absent, flat, and stuck to the mat.
What is the easiest way to clean a stick? I'm only using it for making shapes, not for anything else. The item you are buying is among the many trash items on Amazon, so save your money.
My favorite way to make macarons is with this mat. It's easy to clean and the number of macarons is perfect for me. This program has been used a lot by me, and I really enjoy.
