They aren't stamped, so please accept our apologies. They did, however, create some delicious mini cakes.
1 7/8" deep (approximately)
There's no way of knowing where they're made. Reviews, however, state that they were reviewed in the United States, implying that they were not made in the United States.
There are no scratches that I'm aware of. Because of the durability of Nordic Ware pans, I usually purchase them. They've held up just as well as my Nordic Ware pots and pans. The coating is still intact, and there are no scratches on them yet. I do not use the dishwasher to clean my pans. I never leave them sitting in water in the sink. I hope you found this information useful.

These 6" pans are incredible! I can't tell you how many Caribbean Rum Fruit Cakes I made in them for friends over the holidays. They're the ideal size for gifting or selling, bake evenly, lift out of the pan easily with the parchment paper included, and clean up quickly. This purchase has made me extremely happy. I would recommend it to others because it was well worth the money!.
These pots and pans are fantastic. I purchased them with the intention of making a small cake for my grandson's first birthday. 4 6" cakes can be made from a single cake recipe. As with a regular 8" or 9" pan, I baked for 30 minutes. I made two cakes with two layers each. They baked evenly and perfectly, and I like how the parchament paper was precut. I used Pam to spray the pans and lined the bottoms with parchment paper. I made a from-scratch cake, but I'm sure a boxed cake would work just as well. I'm sure I'll put them to good use.
These pans are fantastic, especially for the price; my cakes came out perfectly, and three 6 inch layers (the set comes with four) look more elegant than two 8 inch layers. When I bought the pans, however, I was thinking about using cake strips to keep the cake from mounding in the middle (they keep the outer layer cool, preventing it from burning and forcing the middle upward). Because of something about the pans' side construction, I thought the strips would be unnecessary. Not so. In each of the three pans I used, the cake mounded slightly less than normal.
After one use and hand washing, the coating on one of my pans began to peel away. After a few more uses, I'll probably have to replace that one pan (which is annoying because it was more expensive than the regular ones I could find in the store). br>The parchment rounds were nice, but I would remove the strips before using. They left a mark on the sides of my cakes and did nothing to assist in the removal of a hot cake from the pan. When I tried it that way, the cakes almost fell apart. Spray the pan, line it with parchment rounds that have had the side strips cut off, and flip the cakes out as usual.
These pans are the perfect size for me. They're large and dense, and they make a delicious cake. My only gripe is that they differ in weight. I use a scale to measure grams and ounces, and the four pans aren't all the same size. Because each one varies in weight, it's difficult to weigh the batter before pouring it into the pans; however, they're fantastic!.
What a fantastic deal. These four small pans are exactly what I needed, and the parchment liners made the purchase even more appealing. br>The pans are truly nonstick, extremely durable, and simple to clean after use. Despite the fact that I don't have a dishwasher, these little marvels almost swished clean in hot, soapy water. The pre- Cut parchment pan liners are a perfect fit and make removing your mini cakes from the pan after baking a breeze. It's that simple. br>I used a box cake mix that I divided evenly between the four pans. (For dark pans like these, reduce the oven temperature as directed. ) ) The end result was exactly what we had hoped for, resulting in a delicious 6" bakery-style four-layer cake. Everything about it was fantastic!.
Unfortunately, I never received these cake pans and am extremely disappointed, as they appeared to be exactly what I needed at a great price. All sites should have a no-star or "other" category, so that reviews requested more accurately reflect the issue with the indicated item.
I REALLY LIKE THESE! br>These little pans are fantastic. I think taller cakes are more elegant, so I wanted to give them a try. These pans do not disappoint; they are well-made, easy to clean, and I especially appreciate the parchment that comes with them for lifting the cakes.
