Ra, Rz are two parameters that may be measured simultaneously.

To be compatible with ISO, DIN, ANSI, and JIS standards. The sensor measures the roughness of a surface by placing it on the surface, then driving a mechanism inside the tester to smoothly move along the surface.

Using the sharp probe built into the sensor, it measures the roughness of the surface. The surface roughness at the output end of the phase-sensitive rectifier causes displacement of the probe, which in turn causes a change in the amount of induction generated by the induction coils, resulting in an analog signal proportional to the surface roughness.

In this exclusive DSP, processing and calculation are carried out, and the measurement results are displayed on an LCD screen.

To the best of my knowledge, no. Regardless of what ID you're testing, you must be able to fit the entire unit. With the unit, there is a thin needle that travels along the bottom edge.
