A few years ago, I underwent back surgery which left me with recurring pain and resulted in nerve damage that came before the surgery. My surgeon recommended I get a Tens Unit to treat this pain. My recent purchase has proven to be a great unit, and I use it fairly frequently. Even with the larger pads (3in x 3in) I realized I preferred the smaller electrodes that I had previously seen. One electrode was missing the attachment piece when I opened the package, so I could not use it. However, the remainders seemed to lose their stickiness fairly quickly and tended not to want to cling to the edges of curves (i. e. There's pain in my neck and shoulder). I have been seeing a lot of reviews recently that are very poor for this product. I am very frustrated because when I looked at this product, it was already almost a year old. The rating is 5 out of 5. If the manufacturer is still raking in money for a bad product, it makes it extremely frustrating to buy that product and wonder if the entire review process was a drunk review or if everyone was always drunk when they reviewed In addition to being well packaged, very neat, very organized, and clean looking, the package included a small warranty card that assured me the product performs as well as it appears. There is no such thing. Using these pads, the sticky portion of the pad wears out after 1- 2 uses This stuff literally doesn't stick after 2 uses. Also, when using these large pads, there is a stinging sensation in a variety of places initially. It is difficult to imagine how anyone could give it a high Vinyl was used for the backing of these pads. A cloth type backing was included with the pads I got with my unit. Although they do not hold up as well as some electrodes in terms of adhesive durability, they do the job. Packaging of the electrodes comes in groups of four in a resealable bag. I have used this pad for an hour or two longer than any of my other pads. When I wear pads, I typically wear them for four hours The initial order was for 40, so I ordered a second order for 10. With all the brands of tens unit pads I've tried, the only thing that is different is the compliant. There are times when I bump into a pad that for some reason shocks the hell It appears to be a manufacturing defect, as I only find maybe two or three of 40 pads with this defect.
