Unlike other pads I've purchased for my tens unit, these ones came with instructions on how to extend the life of the pads and make them stick better to your body. They've outlasted others I've tried, and as someone who suffers from pain throughout most of my body (especially from shoulder to tailbone), these are effective. I awoke with a 9 out of 10 low back pain this morning. Standing up from the couch took me 20 minutes! I was crying in pain when I put the four on, but as soon as I connected my tens (Healthmate Forever unit) and turned it on, I stopped crying and was able to sleep again! They've almost reached the end of their sticky usefulness, but for the price, I believe they were well worth it.

THE GEL ON THESE PADS IS NOT GOOD, I wore my first set and took them off before the day was done, and THE GEL was all over my skin, ruining the set. I'm sick of BUYING things on the internet, especially from Amazon, and having BAD PRODUCTS. I'm about to call Amazon because they're great at replacing things, but it's not their fault; I have to blame the COMPANY STORE for a bad product. br>br>I've been using these types of PADS GEL and NON GEL for over 15 YEARS and have never had an issue. I can also extend the life of the pads by re-sticking them with a few drops of HOT WATER. This is a CHEAPLY MADE PRODUCT. br>I was disappointed to learn that EMPI, the company where I had purchased my pads for the past 15 years, had closed down. I've never had a problem with EMPI pads.

If anyone does not give these Doneco electrodes a Five Star review for Adhesion, Pain Relief, and Longevity, they are not correctly following the Directions in each individual package, which include prior skin preparation, insertion of lead wires, removal of electrodes from protective liner, and moistening skin prior to applying electrodes (more details in these instructions). AND Doneco goes a step further with electrode care and storage, electrode removal, and six precautionary steps. Facet joint arthritis, spinal stenosis, vertebrae out of alignment, many pinched nerves, collapsed main ligament of spine, eleven protruding discs, bone spurs, severe tingling/numbness and pain in legs and feet, and entire length of leg muscles spasms are all symptoms of severe degeneration of the cervical, thoracic, and lumbar spine. For months, I've avoided spinal fusions that were recommended to me. I don't take any type of painkiller. I rely on the TENS UNIT as well as high-quality electrodes. The smooth fabric on top, as well as the smooth gel adhesion, appeal to me. After using them six nights a week since receiving them in September, there are no wrinkles on either side. It's been more than a month since I turned sixteen. To stimulate blood flow to my polio-affected leg, I wear a machine that runs for up to ten hours at night. I'm very pleased with this product!br>br>I'm adding a postscript because I've already used the first set of 2"x 4" for two projects. I've been doing this for 5 months and am just getting started on the second set. To stimulate blood flow to my left leg muscles, I wear them all night six nights a week. In 1943, polio damaged the nerves that served this leg. The high quality of these electrodes has completely blown me away. I strongly recommend that you read the instructions and tips for using and storing these electrodes, as suggested by previous reviewers.

I've bought and tried a lot of different brands and sizes, and these are by far the best! They last the longest (up to a week) and have the most adhesive on the back of any I've found. Then, because it's longer than the small square, I feel like you get a stronger and larger stimulation area.

The adhesion appeared to be of decent quality, and the size was ideal for stimulating larger muscles. They don't appear to last indefinitely, but is there a pad that can? Regardless, they appear to be durable, and I appreciate that several pieces were included in the same package, allowing me to replace them quickly if necessary.

This is a good size pad for muscle contraction when rehabilitating a muscle in my opinion. The pads are the perfect size, with excellent adhesion and conduction for optimal muscle movement. I tried the smaller pads for this, but they didn't work as well. (I've found that the smaller tens units work better for pain relief, but this isn't true for everyone. ) It also depends on your tens unit and how the pads are placed. ) So far, the same pads have lasted through several uses - When not in use, I carefully sealed them in a plastic baggie and placed them on a plastic sheet. While removing them from your skin, a small piece of the adhesion may come off, but even that small piece is still very sticky and has had no effect on the pad's usefulness for me. I've tried a few different brands. This one has lasted the longest, and the pads have remained the most adherent.
