Is this oxygen sensor submerged for an extended period of time?

A submerged unit can stay submerged up to its BNC connector for an indefinite period of time. On the product page, you'll see images that demonstrate the process.

(1) What is the resolution of the probe, and (2) how accurate is it/how repeatable is it?

Compared to other DO probes, DO's accuracy is decimal. A periodic calibration of the probe can ensure that it is operating within a known range. A wide range of conditions can be manipulated by the probe.

It would be interesting to use this probe to measure the dissolved oxygen in wine. Do you think that would be an issue? Would you please tell me how the measurement will affect the wine?

Therefore, there should be no effect on the wine due to this safe for food product.
