It worked the first two times, but failed the third time. I give it a 1 out of 5 stars. It costs me money to ship the order to the manufacturer. We are going to have to buy a USPS box and pay You cannot return it to Amazon since it is outside of the return window. One time per month is all I need. It is typical for these meters to be used for that purpose. At this point, I do not have a February reading. It is probably a good idea to purchase two in case one goes bad. According to the instructions, I followed them The water and software I operate are programmed by me, as I am a certified water operator. As a result, we will experience another setback. However, the meter is of short life as far as durability is concerned.

The kit has arrived and I have tested my water for chorine and chloramines. I guessed the meter was inaccurate after I saw the test result was much lower than I had anticipated. When I called the county's water supplier, the technician informed me that my measurement was very much within the normal range based on tests in my area. Thus far, I have been very pleased with my purchase.

I don't recommend this product since it is rather expensive

I find it the worst part, because it doesn't work. When the machine stopped waiting (per the instructions), it turned itself off. Buying this in 2017 was my first purchase. It remained in my stash for over a month before I tried There was no way to get it to work. It was too late for me to return since it had been a month since I had ordered. This is not a good buy.

I believe you have to wait for the results for two minutes 30 seconds. (Maybe this just seemed simple once I fully understood how to get accurate results from the fluoride.

It is great for your water and it is more. Due to its digital reading, it eliminates all guesswork, and it does not require sunlight to be accurate when comparing colors. In addition, it does consume a lot of additives required for measuring chlorine in water, so I recommend to buy a lot of them so you can use them in the test. Another recommendation is to carry out this test every 2 or 3 months and to use other product strips when necessary.
