What am I supposed to do if I am talking about 3ppm or more?

A music instrument such as this one has two ranges. There is a low range between 0 and 1. Date 02-02 A range of 0 ppm is high, and a range of 00 ppm is low. PPm = 0. Once you get the hang of it, it's pretty simple

In our water system, we measure the chlorine level. Initially, I did not find the instructions easy to follow, but another person who uses the system showed me how to use it, and it turned out to be really easy. No doubt that contributed to my initial confusion since I am not really an expert in maintenance.

The battery contacts are fragile, but the device works great

Our company has been using these for years without any problems. In addition, the battery contacts tend to fall off of the cheap, cheap, cheap flimsy plastic mounts and that makes the problem harder to fix. It's not so bad if it's a $25 toy, but not acceptable for a $460 model.
