The power supply can be used with either 110 or 220 volts.
A 3 phase component is listed on the data sheet. If used in conjunction with a magnetic starter, it could work on single phase.
As for ports, I'm not quite sure I would use that term for them. There are two terminals (screw type) on the line side and two on the loading side, if my memory serves me correctly.

A two cylinder, 2 HP, 150 psi compressor from Sears, model number 106, is old and no longer in operation. The switch worked on my compressor, but I suspect it actually has a differential pressure of 27 psi. As the adjustment is made, the set points are shifted about 5 psi per revolution.
We theld the screws a little tighter on the gasket to stop leaks. Again, the leak occurs. They have been tightened up a little. Please allow me to repeat myself. We're seeing leaks. . . . . . I'm going to replace it with something else today.
I've done it all.
This was replaced on my compressor and now it works as it should.
