In addition to being a half-bridge strain gauge, the 50kg load cell can also be used in three different ways. To measure a full bridge, use two sensors with the following measurement range 50kg x 2 = 100kg A full bridge is formed by combining two sensors.

The range of a sensor range is 50kg, so one load sensor 50kg needs to be used with an external resistor for full-bridge measurement. The higher requirements are being met with external resistance.

In order to form a full-bridge measure, use two weight sensors of 50kg each. The sum of those two sensors equals 100kg.

As can be seen by the picture, the hx711 vcc input can be three. There is a product page that states 5v only, when the product actually goes up to 3v/5v. When used with 3.0, the HX711 should work perfectly. Could you please put 3 volts ?
