We needed a regulator so that the new gas range could operate. It was impossible to get advice on which regulator to purchase since there was no one in our rural area who could advise me. Furthermore, I had to obtain an installation permit from the county in order to install the range. I took the time to read the installation manual for the range and go over things like water column inches and mB's, along with watching a few YouTube videos, to finally decide that this integral two stage regulator would be It works well and supplies the 10 inches of water column required for the range to function safely and correctly. * When the inspector came out for the final, she looked at the regulator and the installation instructions and said, "good job, you got the exact regulator you were looking for. It should be noted that I use a 25 gallon propane bottle for my supplies. Depending on the size of the tanks and the amount of gas, the requirements may be different. While the stove came with a propane conversion kit, it had to be swapped out for natural gas, since it was natural gas ready.

A 100 lb propane bottle was used as the source of gas pressure to run a propane stove/oven. A 15-year-old regulator that had issues with slight venting from pressure blowoff was replaced with this new one which works perfectly.

The oil heater and the outlet line to my propane gun have been having issues, so I upgraded the regulator and the outlet line. It would have been much better if I had done this when I first built the Ovan. It used to take 1hr 6 min to reach 400F, but now it's only took 13 minutes! I am very happy with the service!.
