Having built-in LED lights seemed like a good idea, but most of the time they blind me and I can't see what needs to be seen. In the event I turn off the lights and batteries, I have a working mirror that is a little thicker than it should be (because of the batteries and lights), thus it might not fit in tight spaces as easily as if it was untouched. The mirror is still good but I don't have a lot of space in my room.
Diabetics should view their feet under the light source, so that they may visualize what their feet are doing. The light source is excellent along with the capabilities of allowing them to visualize what they are doing. Despite being extended well and staying where you put it, the telescoping arm will not try to creep up or down, even when lying on It's a great product I use for my personal needs, but I can see how mechanics and carpenters could find it useful, The craftsmanship is also of good quality!.
A wonderful product to use on wounds! This allows me to see wounds that otherwise I wouldn't be able to see for wound care after a major surgery. When I was recovering from my injury, this was invaluable! Since I was able to see everything clearly, I was able to- If you left a review stating that the light was too bright, it may have limited your vision. This did not happen to me. The mirror had to be tilted more to resolve the problem. This light proved to be an excellent solution when a regular handheld mirror and overhead light simply ended up not working. You can tilt this mirror pretty much to any angle or you can extend the arm to make it longer by extending it. You won't regret getting one of these! I love the versatility of this one!.
As other reviewers have pointed out, I also have a complaint. This causes the light to shine directly into your eyes and make it impossible to work. A couple of aluminum foil reflectors were taped on it, and I think that solved the problem. The building was not built that way, which is too bad.
A little wellness visit revealed that my dad had a sore on his foot that he was unaware of. I bought him this after we discovered the sore during the wellness visit. Especially important in diabetes management is that you check for wounds daily, since no sensation on the feet may be an indication of something more serious. Mirrors such as this one offer a wide range of benefits, including that they telescope, light up and magnify, which allow for better views. I also heard that it works on cars as well. Here's what I have to say about.
When you look in the mirror with the lights on, they are directly in front of you. They need some form of shade or some kind of clever idea.
It is only my shortsightedness that has caused the problem with the product. If you cannot see the mirror when you are using it, then you need a second mirror with it (for example, because you are looking at the bottoms of your feet. Unless you get down and look in the mirror, which you will not be able to do, you cannot see what toys your grandchild has thrown under the couch. In that case, you do not really need the mirror at all.
It's hard It is difficult to get a good angle on the mirror to see the bottom of one's foot with the light so bright. So the light does not shine in your eyes but illuminates the bottom of your foot, you should use your foot to block the light from your eyes. An adjustable dial was needed to control the brightness of the light.
