There is only one pop above a flame and it discolors so much that you cannot see anything. It was also impossible to turn the adjuster to a proper tight position, and I had to bend it to shape My guess is that this is a replica of a mirror that has been made with better The one here is a total waste of time. The whole thing was a rip off.
I use them at This is the best inspection mirror I have used in this size. I have tried many others that were smaller. There is not much strength in the hinge. About a year after installing it, it will cease to function. I can live with that because they are cheap enough.
In the process of brazing an AC condenser, I inspect the bottom of the fitting using an inspection mirror and eventually I drop solder on it or hit it with a torch and it breaks. The mirror we have here is a blessing from God. It has met my expectations and I am very pleased.
I pulled the mirror out of the box, and the spot weld holding it to the box broke. There was just something I had to wedge between the mirror and the bracket for it to work. If it was going to last for a long time, it ought to have been bead welded or riveted.
It broke because of the head attached to the mirror. Even if it's not for inspection, it will still be useful.
Within eight hours of use, the product falls apart. Your back has to be tightened at least every hour or you will be looking in the mirror constantly. I don't know how whine would work on this cheap piece of waste. There are inspection mirrors offered at hardware stores for 9 bucks with a lifetime warranty for $9. The rip-off.
It does exactly what it is supposed to do.
This is a highly recommended product!.
