From Japan, it's a quality product. Since 2016, I have been using it.

Is there a capacitance measurement here?

Capacitance cannot be tested directly, however you can check for it by powering the cap coupled with a resistor, measuring discharge, or something of that nature. Keep an eye on yourself.

This is a nice meter with a couple of issues, however the response time and accuracy are very good for such a basic meter

There is no doubt that it is a light and portable device. It arrived with a Japanese only instruction set, perhaps not the best thing for someone who might buy this based on its low price. A printable English set is easily available online. For a simple meter, I would highly recommend this one.

The meter was purchased to replace one I lost on a job somewhere that I had lost a Hioki one. Despite its compact size, it fits in a tool bag easily, and its thin jaws make it easy to clamp around wires in tight places.
