I suspect you won't be using it for higher voltage than the normal 120/240 and lower voltages since it's such a nice piece of equipment at this price. It may help you find the answer you are seeking if you check the details.
I can't test it. As long as the line current is not equal to the neutral current, it's working. It will work if it is greater than 20mA. Taking these measurements does not prove there is a problem with the circuit breaker or gfci.
A clamp meter like this one can display up to 6000 counts at a time.

I got the good detailed manual on line from the Plusivo book site. Having decided to read it from their website before returning it, I decided to read it before sending it back. It turns out that reading the better manual fixed the problems, and the meter is actually pretty accurate. The meter has a lot of features and accessories that are hard to beat for the price. This meter is reasonably accurate and precise. Not the best, but good for the price. I'm glad I purchased and kept the meter. As a side note I hope this will last for a while. For those who plan to use it and want to depend on it, I suggest getting some AAA lithium batteries of good quality. The batteries I use are lithium batteries from Energizer. The acid electrolyte should not leak through the circuit board after a longer period of time. * My last meter burned up when the Duracell batteries in it leaked acid and ate away at.
Comparing readings taken with the Pluviso with my trusty 30 year old HP and my cheap Harbor Freight Centech was a lot of fun. A reading of 0 or less was detected with the Pluviso. HP represents 1% of the market It was within 2% of HP when compared to Centech. It is noticeable that the HP responds much faster, however, it is quite usable with the Pluviso. While the Pluviso's form factor is really nice in my hand, the data hold button is not located in an easy to reach place. Laying the device on its back produces a less than optimal viewing angle since there is no kickstand. There is a poorly designed backlight feature, as well as a flashlight feature that makes me knock off a star. Both lights are turned on at the same time. However, the flashlight LED is quite weak - see for yourself. Although it is so lame that it isn't worth using, they should have made it as bright as a cell phone flashlight. If the tool is not equipped with a constant on backlight, it is useless. It was really exciting to get a multimeter with a backlight that I could use in dimly lit areas that was accurate and had a backlight. However, the poorly designed backlight function may cause me to return it, but it is still way better than it should be for the price.

My own trial and error method would have led me to replace two perfectly good boat motor ignition capacitors without the capacitance measuring feature. It is easy to read the screen. It is easy to access the settings.
