The 8-inch ruler was ideal for my purposes, but the 12-inch ruler arrived broken

I intended to use it in a scanner, as evidenced by the 8-inch ruler running along the top. Actually, it's an 8. The 5 inch ruler would have been ideal, but the 12 inch ruler arrived broken due to poor packaging. I'm not too upset because I only wanted the 8-inch. They're thin, which I like, but they'd break if they weren't packaged properly.

This is perfect for a bullet journal

I needed a short straight edge to draw lines in my bullet journal, so I bought this. I like how this ruler fits nicely in the back pocket of my journal, how stiff and thick it is to handle easily, and how clear it is so I can see through it when drawing lines on something I've already written on. I also like that it's available in three different sizes. Because my cat has a habit of chewing on things and having back-to-back accidents, I keep a pack with me at all times. For me, doing push-ups is a great idea.
