For my work as a builder of High Performance engines, I rely on measurements for nearly every part. I own a lot of Mitutoyo tools and they are all wonderful. An outstanding product with exceptional quality. is the point of a cheap measuring tool if it can't be Professionals who think they are saving a couple dollars by using cheap tools that can't do the same measurement accurately do not make sense to me. As I am sure you will find it useful, you will not be disappointed. The search continues for this model with a full inch of travel, but so far I have not found it.
