A 3/8-inch shaft is used for the fixed shaft. In this case, we used a 15/64 sliding probe.
With it I purchase a magnetic mount for the most part, but it also includes a flat back plate and a lug plate (ring mount).

My complaints are both very minor, and one could be a surprise!
The first one is the following. . I am representing a client in this matter. It may seem at first glance that this is a high-class device Despite appearing to be a quality case, it is Despite its thin design, the hinges are made of flexible, thin plastic, one of which snapped already in the first week, and one of the corners easily cracked on a foot drop onto a hard floor. In my opinion, this does not exactly give me much confidence that the case will protect the device. There is another annoyance there are two different versions of the app Due to the lock on the front which you have to 'bend out' to unlock, and there being two, it takes quite a bit of effort to open because one hand is holding the box, the other is working the lock. There is a finger exercise you have to perform You could do yoga to open them up or force them to open When one side of the case is unlocked, hold it open so as to put more pressure on those cheap hinges. The case as a whole does not impress me. Additionally, unlike most digital instruments, this one does not have min/max values, which means that it is harder to test the alignment of moving parts, unlike most other digital instruments. The app does have absolute and relative measurements, so it is possible to zero out in either mode. In other units, you simply move the device through the range of motion and you get a simple min or max value, and based on the difference, you know I like it. It is simple and nice. However, that's not the case here, which is a shame since that's a basic software feature that could have easily been The surprising component of the device was a Mini USB port on the side of the unit, which, since it's not rechargeable, may be a data modem or something of that sort This port is not advertised as such (and is not mentioned in the manual either), but it may be an output port or a firmware upgrade port. I'm reaching out to iGaging for more information and will update you. I highly recommend this unit for the price and it is very impressive for the price. I would have given it a 4 if it wasn't for the case. But, even in this case, the device would have been a perfect five had it had the min/max feature.
1. First project detected 0. Second project detected 0. There is no wobble in the spindle of the drill press chuck, but there is 22mm of wobble in the chuck. The drill press was going to be trashed. Now that it has been restored, I will do that. This is due to the digital gauge.
There is a battery that has to be removed in order to prevent the device from dying when stored.
If you're calibrating your table saw, then this is essential.
This tool worked great, no issues. I found it to be a great tool. This item came with an extra battery and two backs in a nice case. The one with the mounting lug and the other with a flat surface.
You can check the play by putting it against a tooth on the ring gear. Compared to how I am used to using the dial face, this is a lot more convenient and time saving. Furthermore, the clock was also accurate when compared with the old-fashioned dial style I had to make sure it remained in the correct place. This product is awesome, and the case that stores it is even better.
Overall, I'm quite happy with it, especially the ability to convert files. I would make the buttons on the top my first choice if I had any other choices, but I suspect that would be most useful for Dreamers.
The gauge works well, though I use it for my surface grinder, so it begins depressed then goes negative to determine how much I'm removing. A lot of the time, the data is wrong or it gets stuck.
