A replacement zinc was purchased to replace one that had deteriorated The zinc plate on my Mainship 350's transom is on its way out. Due to the little extra work of drilling the mounting holes myself, my zinc purchase cost half what it would have if I had purchased it from a discount marine supply catalog or store. There should be enough time and work saved in the future on future hauls if this is installed - The product has great turnout. I would absolutely buy it.
