During the process of making a classical guitar, I encountered a lot of problems with the sides bending. The solution was to make two forms from foam board, one of which was female and the other male. Both of the forms were ribbed on the bottom and had sides. In the case of a male form, it is the top and ribs. Veneer sheets are easily bent when they are thin. It took me a few minutes to glue the veneer onto the inside surfaces. A separate PTFE film forms when the teflon (PTFE) film breaks- As a dyslexic, I must keep in mind- Veneer from the mold, both the outer surface and the inner surface. As you can see, this is a very simplistic description of how I use this product. When the sides are removed from the mold, they remain exact to their original.
As stated in the description, the thickness is 002mm. I found this to be a perfect fit for my needs. I received mine creased and bent after shipping, and there were prone to rolling back on themselves at all four All 4 corners of the sheets needed to be put on top of books overnight and they were flattened. After a few minutes, my sheets flattened out and now I have 25.
I lost my money after reading the description and it was not what I expected.
