How smooth is the FEP film roll and is it closer to optical quality, or is it still imperfect and deformed?

Smooth and clear, this material is a good choice. Visually, it does not appear to have any imperfections at all.

MoonRay resin printers enjoy great results using this filament! My MoonRay SLP 3D Resin Printer deteriorated film liners in the resin tanks, so I replaced them with these new ones

The program works great! That is so much cheaper than buying new tanks for $200 each when the plastic and glass parts are still in good condition of my existing ones!.

The resin is confirmed to be suitable for 3D 3D printing VATs that stretch FEP film works well with this method

It tarries at the screw, but I am able to get a good seal without it tarring With a hole.
