I've cranked it up to 400 amps. It didn't even begin to warm up. I drilled 5/16 holes every couple of inches and mounted ANL fuse holders in each half. You can arrange your output in the center and battery connections on each side, so really all I needed was 200 amps on each side flowing through each half.

I ordered this item over a month ago, expecting a flat bar 1/4 by 1" 12" long, but instead received a round 3/8" 8" long. There is no support.
It's just a copper bar that I use as a heat sink, nothing more, nothing less.
It did exactly what it said it would and served me well for the purpose I had in mind. On my solar batteries, I used it as a buss bar.
Cutting and drilling are simple processes.
It's a flat copper bar of some sort. What else is there to say?.
It's a solid copper bar, that's all there is to it. It's ideal for making a bus bar for connecting the batteries.
FOR MY NEW XS3400s, I EASILY FABd A BUS BAR SYSTEM! COMPARED TO CUSTOM MACHINED PIECES THAT ARE 3-YEARS OLD, THIS IS AN EXCELLENT INVESTMENT. 4 TIMES THE AMOUNT OF MONEY.
