General Purpose Fiberglass: The 6 oz fiberglass cloth is commonly used for laminating, reinforcing, sheathing, and waterproofing in a variety of lightweight applications. It's a stretchy material that dries clear.
The strength of this fiberglass cloth is consistent both horizontally and vertically.
It is a smooth, medium-weight cloth that is frequently used on surfboards, sailboats, cedar strip canoes, and other applications such as pool, automotive, and marine repairs.
Epoxy, polyester, and vinyl ester resins are all compatible with this material. This is a 3-yard folded pack (9 feet long by 50 inches wide) with a 37-square-foot area. 50 sq. ft.
Model No. 3733 Plain weave with a silane finish and a thickness of 10 mils.

If you put enough resin in it, it will work. There are tiny air bubbles trapped in the fibers, so it isn't transparent.

Wet Out in a Beautiful Way

This cloth was crystal clear when it was wet. That was very helpful because I was using it over wood and needed a clear view of the color and grain. In the future, I will most definitely use this supplier for fiberglass fabric.
