No, I doubt it. This is a rigid carbon fiber sheet that cannot be molded over existing body panels. If rigid sheets are what you're looking for, then yes. I'm not familiar with the specifics of your request.
Splintering of the plate is a possibility. That, too, would necessitate the use of insanely powerful shears. A rotary cutter, such as a dremel, will be required. For large jobs, you can use a diamond impregnated ban saw or something similar.

I needed 500mm x 200mm but they didn't have it, so I wasted material, but it wasn't their fault; I should have gone with 2mm instead of 3mm because 3mm is ridiculously strong and 2mm is easier to work with. The best way to get through it is with a dremel with a rough sanding drum (not a cutting wheel) and goggles (not just glasses) and a respirator! Carbon fiber dust is everywhere, so use a vacuum system if at all possible. Although carbon fiber dust isn't as dangerous as asbestos or quartz, why take the chance?.
Tensile strength is compromised by aligned carbon fiber sheets. I actually bent it after it was cut into a part, and it stayed bent! This isn't something a carbon fiber sheet is supposed to do.
The material is thin and weak. I have a sheet of genuine 3mm carbon fiber, and this stuff is incredibly flimsy in comparison. This is a complete disaster.

This is what I used to mount my Holley EFI ecm to, and it worked perfectly. A 6" cut-off wheel on a grinder made quick work of it. It's extremely durable and appealing to the eye.
