Questions & Answers

Are the manufacturing tolerances good enough for you to'slip-in' something? Is the 20x18 tube compatible?

I bought the 20mm x 22mm and the 24mm x 26mm tubes and slip fitted them together to make a double wall tube. The 20mm x 18mm and 20mm x 22mm, I believe, would then be possible.

What's the best way to make these cuts?

They were well-cut by the factory before being sent to us. As a result, we won't have to make any cuts.

What is the inside diameter in relation to 16? 0mm? I'd like to use a 16mm shaft to slide this over. ?

I've purchased a variety of sizes in this range, and some fit perfectly over the next smaller size, while others are either too big or too small. It's about - I believe. 1 mm.

Is it possible to paint these?

You should be able to paint after lightly sanding with 220 grit sand paper.

Exactly as described, and flawlessly fixed

I covered the ugly toe adjusters with these carbon fiber tubes. Instead of using the scratched-up wrench slot, a SS pin was added to rotate the adjuster.

Ordered two 18mm pieces, one of which worked perfectly and the other of which is 20mm

I couldn't figure out why the pieces I 3d printed for a virtual reality stock would only fit one, so I measured them with a digital caliper and discovered they were different sizes. One of them measured 20mm in diameter. The other tube, which was 18mm in diameter, functioned perfectly.

The size is not accurate

They sent me one 18mm (which is actually 18. ) rod instead of the two I ordered. One was 5mm in diameter, and the other was 20mm in diameter (which was accurate).
