Is this something that could be used on the hull of a kayak? Polyurethane is used for the hull. If that's the case, could you suggest a marine-grade epoxy to use?

Yes, it's possible to use it in that way. As if you were using fiberglass cloth, apply it in the same manner. Thank you for inquiring about marine epoxy.

Will it melt or reduce the heat if I wrap my quads pipe?

I'm not sure about reducing heat because kevlar traps more heat than metal, but it won't melt because its melting point is higher than most exhaust pipes. If you want to avoid getting burned, use fiberglass insulation or another thick heat-resistant material.

Is this a good place to put high-powered slingshot ammo?

Unless epoxy is applied to the fabric, it frays easily. It wouldn't be able to withstand that kind of abuse. Thanks
