Our product was sent to us with the following dimensions 2 and 3/8 inches by 2 and 3/4 inches - Here is a 6cm by 7cm image for your reference!
As far as I know, a power port clear vue by BARD looks nothing like what it looks like when implanted however, from the pictures I have seen of the device, it seems like it would work if you cut a hole over the bumps. Upon application to the skin, we recommend a dressing that is 2 3/4 x 2 1/4 inches, yet very thin - It is barely noticeable, not felt at all. In order to serve as a more secure anchoring for an insulin pump port, I cut a circular hole approximately 3 inches in diameter.
The infusion set IV3000 6 cm by 7 cm 66800786 is what we need. Is it possible to get in touch with me through Amazon if you find it? My email would be great if you could leave it. have used the Sure T and the only one that helps is the one I mention because it has the center cut out perfectly shaped and it works well with the Sure T cloth. This size is not available online at the moment.
Selected User Reviews For Smith & Nephew IV 3000 1-Hand Transparent Dressing, 100 Count
I have been using this product every day for the last several years and I found it to be very effective With Nephew's "improved" IV3000 Hand dressings, which were supposed to be changed in order to make the delivery process easier, I was very disappointed to discover that the adhesive on the dressings had also been changed, and that is not an improvement. Wearing it used to be so easy - I could wear it for three days and it would just stick to my skin perfectly, but now it doesn't adhere As it is now, it starts peeling around the edges and coming off in less than 24 hours. I wish Smith & Nephew wouldn't have invented it. It would be changed back to the dressing it used to be by my nephew. This brand doesn't stick as well as it used to, so I'll look for another one.
I use them for both my diabetic daughter's pump site and her In addition to keeping her site on for the recommended three days, they are very easy to apply and cut to size at home. I fold them in half to cut out a hole for her pump site at home.
This is perfect when you are using an insulin pump needle and sensor to cover extra skin. Then, I make sure to keep them close by.
After I had two fingers amputated, a plastic surgeon advised me to use the thumb and index finger to "sandwich" the tip back on. As soon as the remaining damaged parts were folded down, a regular bandaid held them in place. I changed it every 2 to 3 days and after four weeks I was able to expose my fingers.
The cost is a bit high but the benefits are immense. This is such a joy for me. Please let them know! This is a highly recommended book.
During a few days, it will peel off. The quality of the old box was much better than the new one.
I use it to shield the insulin pump infusion site from accidental contact with fluids. Once it is applied, it sticks well. have noticed that sometimes the packaging strips will not allow the bandage to separate from the packaging. My overall impression is that the product is great.
